Can I change or cancel my reservation?
When booking online, you have the option to choose a “refundable booking.” This option covers a wide range of unforeseen circumstances and can even be activated after the date of your session.
If you do not wish to choose this option, you can modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of the event, provided that the room and time slot you choose are of equal or lesser value. Alternatively, you can archive your reservation for a later date or receive a promotional code equivalent to the value of your reservation.
For all refund requests, an administrative fee of CHF 40 will be charged.
Should I take anything special?
Each and every one of your abilities will be useful, especially your eyesight. If you need glasses to see in poor lighting conditions, don’t forget them! On the other hand, your smartphone will be of no use to you!
